ourselves" & we need things in order to do that. However,
you can not have things unless you are able to buy them & it
takes money to do that.

that if you find a need (a problem) & fill it (provide the solution),
you shall get rich. Look around you & I am sure you can see
many problemss that need solutions. You only have to
provide for one to have a rewarding & fullfilling life.

proper guidence to their recruits & then wonder why
they are not doing anything or quitting.
I know since I have expierenced this several times
myself. Its like they only care about getting you in the
business but after that you are on your own to
build your business. That is just going to lead to
failure & you getting out of the game. Then there
goes another one going around telling how network
marketing does not work & is just a scam.
Well, in this issue & the next two, I am going to give
you 3 things that if you provide for your new & old recruits
you should have a growing business.
First of all, your people are going to need training on
how to do the business. Since most are coming from
a regular job or the corporate world they don't
understsand what to do. Most companies do not
have a good enough training program to get people
off & running which is a crying shame.
Think about it, if they are depending on these people
to move their products & services you think they would
provide the means to do it. They want to just give you

Have you run into a mortal who's so naturally friendly that when
you put him within a room of strangers, he'll be friends with
almost everybody in no time We call such a people-person,
somebody incredibly nice and magnetic that he may charm
anybody into doing anything. It is an important part of personal
development.
A socially-empowered individual accomplishes so much greatness,
essentially because of the individuals that slingshot him to success.
He earns the trust and full-scale support of the individuals, whom he
had assisted before. He never runs out of help. He may do anything
with the plethora of individuals behind him. All because he recognizes
he maximizes his social potential!
See, if you understand your social skills and you capitalize on them,
you'll reach self-empowerment. Self-empowerment is making a general
overhaul in your life and turning yourself into a more pleased and more

You don't have to be Rockefeller and waste your savings. Small acts of kindness
matter the most, and this may be as simple as giving somebody a surprise card
or helping a senior cross the street. Now is the time to resurrect the good deeds
and this time, let them stay permanently.
Pitiful how some friendships are fated to goodbye, but thanks to technology, you
are able to do something about it. Relive the good old days by seeking the great
people whom you want to communicate with once again. Adding these old
acquaintances to your roster of support peers will certainly make you feel great
all over.
Are you crabby, grouchy and generally dark Stop, you can't go through life that
way. Eliminate the bad traits and habits that constantly cramp your growth. And
truly, who wants a crabby friend anyhow?
When angry, don't snap at anybody. Never throw a conniption. Stay calm and
collected. Be adult enough to take charge of situation and transform your
angriness into something richer and passive.
Your relationship with your loved ones, friends and associates is too precious
so you must not neglect it whatever happens. Go out and have fun with them.
Do things together.
Ultimately, utilizing individuals for self-empowerment means becoming a better
and more lovable individual. It's a win-win situation the individuals know they
may turn to you anytime and vice versa.

A socially-empowered individual accomplishes so much greatness,
essentially because of the individuals that slingshot him to success.
He earns the trust and full-scale support of the individuals, whom he
had assisted before. He never runs out of help. He may do anything
with the plethora of individuals behind him. All because he recognizes
he maximizes his social potential!
See, if you understand your social skills and you capitalize on them,
you'll reach self-empowerment. Self-empowerment is making a general
overhaul in your life and turning yourself into a more pleased and more
successful individual. If you are able to be among those people-persons,
then I can't see any reason why you won't succeed. You just have to
understand how to start.
Hypocrisy will just bring you down. Be truly nice and interested in individuals.
Once they perceive that you're Mr. Phony with selfish intentions, you may
as well say adios to self-empowerment.
To earn trust of the individuals, listen to their troubles and feel for them. Don't
just hear them out; listen to them with your core. Make eye contact when the
individual talks to you. Listen as though every word matters and it does. You
get Brownie points when they discover that there's a confidante in you.
You don't have to be Rockefeller and waste your savings. Small acts of kindness
matter the most, and this may be as simple as giving somebody a surprise card
or helping a senior cross the street. Now is the time to resurrect the good deeds
and this time, let them stay permanently.
Pitiful how some friendships are fated to goodbye, but thanks to technology, you
are able to do something about it. Relive the good old days by seeking the great
people whom you want to communicate with once again. Adding these old
acquaintances to your roster of support peers will certainly make you feel great
all over.
Are you crabby, grouchy and generally dark Stop, you can't go through life that
way. Eliminate the bad traits and habits that constantly cramp your growth. And
truly, who wants a crabby friend anyhow?
When angry, don't snap at anybody. Never throw a conniption. Stay calm and
collected. Be adult enough to take charge of situation and transform your
angriness into something richer and passive.
Your relationship with your loved ones, friends and associates is too precious
so you must not neglect it whatever happens. Go out and have fun with them.
Do things together.

Are You Playing to Win?
You know that we are just about to be over all those bowl games that have
been on for the past couple of weeks. This has been a college football fan's
moment of joy or agony of defeat.
Depending on how your team did will determine what type of moment it
was for you at the end of the game. Alot of times it is hard to accept the
outcome the game especially if you are on the losing side.
If you watched the Orange Bowl last night you and you are a Clemson
fan, then you suffered the agony of defeat. It was just sick to watch the
team get beat like they stole something. I thought I was over the games
getting me down like that one did. I could have stayed in bed this
morning after that beatdown.
That had me thinking well if people live their lives like those guys played,
then they are not experiencing the joys that are out there. The sad thing is

know what it is & have way to get it. Since most people do not, I am willing to
mastermind with them in order to figure it out.

Time is a very limited asset that you have so, make the most of it. Once it is gone there is no getting it back. If you don't believe me, ask Steve Jobs. He did so much & had more to do but his time was cut short. Think about it, this could have happend to any of us.
As a mompreneur you have one of the most difficult jobs on the planet. You have decided to run your own business and be a parent. It doesn’t get any more wonderful, and challenging, than that! All of those responsibilities means that finding a balance is essential. A balanced life helps you continue to have it all and gives you the time you need to enjoy the life you’ve designed. Here are some tips, strategies and ideas to balance your working and family time.
#1 Schedule time for everything. It may sound extreme. However, scheduling time to work and time to play really does help you find the balance that’s right for you. Scheduling your life forces you to look at your priorities and make sure you find time for them.
For example, you may decide that working from six am to noon every day works best for you. Then you have from noon until bedtime to focus on your mom responsibilities. Alternatively, you may decide that working two ten-hour days a week works best for you and then taking the other five days to focus on your mom responsibilities. There’s no right or wrong schedule here. A balanced life is defined by you.

How Instant Commissions Help Your Cash Flow
One of the biggest problems people wanting to make money in network
marketing is not having enough money to market with. You need some
type of marketing budget in order to get your presentation in front of
alot of people. So, in order to have the funds to do your marketing you
willl need multiple ways to generate cashflow.
There are many ways for you to make money online as an affiliate and
the biggest problem any affiliate has is managing their cash flow. With
the wide variety of timescales affiliate programs payout on, it can be
very difficult to manage your cash, even if you are managing to meet
the minimum payout levels!
Amazon, for example, pays you 60 days after the end of the month you
made the sale in, which can meet waiting for almost 3 months for your
money, and that is if you reach your payout threshold. Many other
programs also pay out 90 days after the sale. Clickbank will pay you
every two weeks, but again, you have to meet the payment threshold.
Being able to manage your cash flow is very important for an affiliate,
particularly if you are spending money on advertising. If you are paying
for advertising in advance (as is often the case) or monthly, then you
don't want to be waiting 3 months for the results of that advertising to
hit your bank account. It can result in some very negative cash flow
and major issues!
One of the best ways for you to manage your cash flow is through what
we call "Instant Commissions". These are products sold through a product
such as Rapid Action Profits (RAP) which pay commission instantly to
the affiliate through their paypal account.

Journey To Freedom
As we enter into the 4th of July weekend I always consider this time to prepare for the
next phase of my Journey to Freedom. We all having something we need to be free
from but we just do not always go after it like we should. I mean real FREEDOM.
Some of the freedoms that are most often wanted are financial,health,time relationship,
mental, & spiritual. More than likely you want more than one of these in your life & it
is hard to work on them all at once.
Who doesn't want to be financially free so that you do not have to worry about money
issueslike paying the bills,buying food or medicine. How about being healthy so you
do not have to be on medication and can enjoy life as you see fit. Have all the time
you want to do what is important to you is what time freedom is to me. Be able to put
in the effort to have meaningful &rewarding relationships with family & friends. Have
a clear state of mind & the confiendce toaccomplish anything you set out to do. Last
but not least have your spiritual well being in tactso that you can serve your fellow
man in a way to be a blessing to him or her.
My friend it can be done & you can have it if you want it bad enough. I have made
up in my mind that it is time that I get it myself. In all areas of my life because I have
experinces in all those areas just as you do. You have to go for it yourself because no
one is going to give it to you.
Take the time this weekend & think about what you want freedom from & then make
a plan to make it happen. Then throw yourself into making that plan work until you
get the freedom you are looking for.
