Impossible is Just a Word
Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed
of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn't
fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning
homer? Who hasn't dreamed of being the homecoming
queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich,
or successful, or happy with our relationships?
Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations.
Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And
our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic.
This is a sad turn of events in our life. Instead of experiencing
exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in
the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing.
But you know what? Life could be so much better, if only we
learned to aim higher.
The most common problem to setting goals is the word
impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can't do this.
It's too hard. It's too impossible. No one can do this.
However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions,
no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.
Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at
the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible
for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble, bee no one
has told it so. So fly it does.
On the other hand, some people suffer from dreaming totally
outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result? Broken
dreams, and tattered aspirations.
If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you
will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach
too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find
yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.
Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in
your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under
another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one
more, list the things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’
Now look at all the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that
are under things ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to
accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under
that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one
that reads ‘you might be able to do.’
As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you
can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’
to the list of things ‘you might be able to do.’
As you iterate through this process, you will find out that the goals you
thought were impossible become easier to accomplish. And the impossible
begin to seem possible after all.
You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high,
and start working towards that goal little by little. However, it also is unwise
to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.
Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up
disappointed and disillusioned.
On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was
possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had
told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world
in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through
sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.
Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.
Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to
be had work and discipline. But take note that that 1% has to be a think-big dream,
and not some easily accomplished one.
Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains unless you
are put out of your comfort zone. Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That
is as true as it can be.
So dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big
and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you
will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.

How To Generate Cash Flow For MLM Using Affiliate Marketing
I’m sure as a network marketer, you will want these two things more
than anything else for your business – more leads and more cash
flow for your business.
Let’s talk about cash flow.
You see, getting leads in your business is very important, no doubt.
But leads in and of itself that doesn’t transform into money is as useless
as window shoppers. Some window shoppers might walk into a shop to
checkout your wares, but when nobody is buying your products, you might
as well shut down your business because you can’t even pay your monthly
rental to keep your business alive.
The network marketing business functions on the same level as opening
your own restaurant or a shop:
- You need to buy products every single month or pay for your monthly
auto-ship. Now opportunities with auto-ships may be a double edged sword.
You have a commitment to pay monthly but so do your downlines (and that
translate into a monthly income for you). A program without an enforced auto-ship
is good too, but the volume needs to come in order for your business volume to
grow. In essence, you have to spend money to buy products; otherwise, your
downline will not do so (duplication).
- You need to pay for your gas mileage and other fixed expenses. After all, you
have to maintain your day to day expenses. Many network marketers get so fired
up about their business until they forget that they have to pay their expenses and
they quit because they run out of money.
- You need to invest in training materials as well. That is the only way to move
forward as a leader. Books, tapes, CDs, DVDs and seminar tickets are all expensive
but worthwhile investments.
Bottom-line, you must have cash flow otherwise you can’t succeed in network marketing.
Let’s explore a way to get cash flow consistently. The first two ways are the most
common, while the third way is untapped (mostly by network marketers) and worth
exploring.
1. Recruiting new downlines and getting them to buy starter pack. This is one of the
fastest, quick money ways to get cash flow. You can also cash in on their monthly
auto-ship and other purchases.
2. Retailing – you can make a consistent income when you retail your company’s
products to your consumers.
3. Affiliate marketing – this is a very good way to make money from your leads or
prospects even if they do not fall into the two categories above.

It finally dawned on him that he could not helps others the
way he wanted to until he helped himself. He had to get
in a better poisition so that he could actually do more for the
cause he was trying to help.
In other words as Wallace D. Wattles says in The Science of
Getting Rich, "we are to do our best to make the most of
ourselves" & we need things in order to do that. However,
you can not have things unless you are able to buy them & it
takes money to do that.

that if you find a need (a problem) & fill it (provide the solution),
you shall get rich. Look around you & I am sure you can see
many problemss that need solutions. You only have to
provide for one to have a rewarding & fullfilling life.

proper guidence to their recruits & then wonder why

business but after that you are on your own to
build your business. That is just going to lead to
failure & you getting out of the game. Then there
goes another one going around telling how network
marketing does not work & is just a scam.

you should have a growing business.
First of all, your people are going to need training on
how to do the business. Since most are coming from

Are You Playing to Win?
You know that we are just about to be over all those bowl games that have
been on for the past couple of weeks. This has been a college football fan's
moment of joy or agony of defeat.
Depending on how your team did will determine what type of moment it
was for you at the end of the game. Alot of times it is hard to accept the
outcome the game especially if you are on the losing side.
If you watched the Orange Bowl last night you and you are a Clemson
fan, then you suffered the agony of defeat. It was just sick to watch the

How Instant Commissions Help Your Cash Flow
One of the biggest problems people wanting to make money in network
marketing is not having enough money to market with. You need some
type of marketing budget in order to get your presentation in front of
alot of people. So, in order to have the funds to do your marketing you
willl need multiple ways to generate cashflow.
There are many ways for you to make money online as an affiliate and
the biggest problem any affiliate has is managing their cash flow. With
the wide variety of timescales affiliate programs payout on, it can be
very difficult to manage your cash, even if you are managing to meet
the minimum payout levels!
Amazon, for example, pays you 60 days after the end of the month you
made the sale in, which can meet waiting for almost 3 months for your
money, and that is if you reach your payout threshold. Many other
programs also pay out 90 days after the sale. Clickbank will pay you
every two weeks, but again, you have to meet the payment threshold.
Being able to manage your cash flow is very important for an affiliate,
particularly if you are spending money on advertising. If you are paying
for advertising in advance (as is often the case) or monthly, then you
don't want to be waiting 3 months for the results of that advertising to
hit your bank account. It can result in some very negative cash flow
and major issues!

the product owner gets another payment. Basically, the product owner gets
1 out of every 4 sales with the other 3 going to the affiliate.
Instant commissions are great for affiliates because it is instant money in
your account. You make a sale and you get the money. 100% commission
products are even better because of the amount you earn on the front end.
These products are excellent for your cash flow because you have instant
money coming in to your account.

Journey To Freedom
As we enter into the 4th of July weekend I always consider this time to prepare for the
next phase of my Journey to Freedom. We all having something we need to be free
from but we just do not always go after it like we should. I mean real FREEDOM.
Some of the freedoms that are most often wanted are financial,health,time relationship,
mental, & spiritual. More than likely you want more than one of these in your life & it
is hard to work on them all at once.
Who doesn't want to be financially free so that you do not have to worry about money
issueslike paying the bills,buying food or medicine. How about being healthy so you
do not have to be on medication and can enjoy life as you see fit. Have all the time
you want to do what is important to you is what time freedom is to me. Be able to put
in the effort to have meaningful &rewarding relationships with family & friends. Have
a clear state of mind & the confiendce toaccomplish anything you set out to do. Last
but not least have your spiritual well being in tactso that you can serve your fellow
man in a way to be a blessing to him or her.
My friend it can be done & you can have it if you want it bad enough. I have made
up in my mind that it is time that I get it myself. In all areas of my life because I have
experinces in all those areas just as you do. You have to go for it yourself because no
one is going to give it to you.
Take the time this weekend & think about what you want freedom from & then make
a plan to make it happen. Then throw yourself into making that plan work until you
get the freedom you are looking for.
