I for one am not falling for the Okie Doke that Senator John McCain means well and does not understand the overall implications of his proposed FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and Big Pharma sponsored bill – the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010. No, not me! I have a copy of the entire bill proposal and have read it and understand it. I will be posting the entire bill proposal’s contents on the Dherbs.com website very soon.
John McCain is a politician and thus a whore, and like J.R. Ewing (from TV’s “Dallas”) said, “Every whore has her price.” Senator John McCain is no exception. He is not to be trusted!
Allegedly, his bill is in response to illegal steroids sold to and used by major league baseball players under the guise of “dietary supplements” (which would make most people think the bill would be good as it would eliminate access to steroids under the guise of dietary supplements), but if you read the entire obviously FDA and Big Pharma-sponsored bill that will clearly end American citizens right to have access to low-priced health and nutritional supplements (e.g. vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc.), the bill mentions absolutely NOTHING about steroids or steroid use. Absolutely nothing at all!
How are you going to sponsor a bill to help prevent steroid use amongst professional athletes (or anyone else for that matter) and the bill doesn’t even mention the words “steroid”, “steroids”, or “steroid use?” This lets you know the true agenda – that it has absolutely nothing at all to do with steroids, but instead with natural supplements that are helping to improve the health of American citizens.
The bill is clearly designed to introduce Codex Alimentarius on American soil and give the criminal FDA carte blanche freedom to arbitrarily ban any health supplement it chooses to ban under the banner that it (health supplement) is unsafe, even if there are no facts to support said claim of unsafety.

The FDA should not be trusted by the American people to tell us – We the People, what is and what isn’t safe. While the criminal FDA has banned the use of certain herbs despite 0% deaths related to their use, the FDA allows aspirin, which kills roughly 25,000 people per year to remain on the market. So you ban what doesn’t kill people, e.g. herbs, but you don’t ban what kills thousands of people per year? Now how intelligent is that?

9/11 worked fantastically well on the majority unsuspecting American people and has brought us even closer to an Orwellian-type society and worse, has even brought in more money from the tyrannical scheme in the form of a 9/11 Security Fee (tax) on all U.S. airline tickets. But this isn’t the case and when you understand the grand scheme clearly as I and a few others do, then you know why government is failing in this department because our greatest threat to our freedom, secured rights, and safety or security is from the very same government that we finance.
The newly proposed Dietary Supplement safety Act (DSSA) would change key sections of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C), undoing protections in the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994, effectively eliminating free access to supplements (which includes vitamins, B-vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, herbs, etc.).
Could you imagine no more glucosamine, coral calcium, co-enzyme Q-10, Mona Vie, colloidal silver, wild yam progesterone cream, L-lysine, MSM sulfur, chondroitin, omega fatty acids (3, 6, and 9), wild yam (herbal birth control), echinancea and goldenseal, ginseng, humic and fulvic acid, activated charcoal, bentonite clay, etc.?
Well, that’s what your beloved John McCain, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry are trying to get you to experience.
The passage of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) in 1994 resulted from millions of Americans who worked hard to reinforce their freedom to buy and sell health and nutritional supplements. At the time, the Big Pharma-owned Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was alleging that nutrients like CoQ10 and selenium were inherently dangerous and should be pulled from the market. Can you believe this nonsense?
Another report just came out last year revealing that there were ZERO (0%) deaths due to consumption of herbs and supplements. Nobody is dying from health supplements and government seeks to ban them whereas on the other hand 25,000 people die PER YEAR from aspirin consumption and aspirin are still on the market. Clearly, profits mean more than human lives. Where is the ban on pharmaceutical drugs that kill hundreds of thousands of people per year? You see, Big Pharm is pimping the FDA and that’s why killer drugs will remain on the market.
The DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) of 1994 established a foundation upon which free access to dietary supplements would be protected from attacks by drug companies and the FDA. But the newly proposed Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 would override DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act) and officially establish Codex Alimentarius initiatives on American soil, and trust me, even if this bill is defeated (as the last one was some 2 years ago), they’ll be right back at it again trying to get it passed under some other name or title, because these sinister imps of corporations and government never sleep. They are always at work attempting to finalize their New World Order and having the American people in particular and people of the world in general under total control and the greatest aid to their control is DRUGS! They want us drugged out of our minds.
People must go back and watch films like "Equilibrium", "THX1138", "Outland", and "1984" (all hints of what we are now facing) where the society was dystopian in nature and drugs were given to citizens daily to keep them numb and to control them, preventing them from being in tune with their senses and inner being (awareness). Big Pharma wants our food and medicine to be man-made DRUGS and if we allow this to happen, it's a wrap for us.
Pharmaceutical drugs are not ordained for us by God. Even the Bible tells the Christian, Muslim and Jew and anyone else who believes in the book that “God causes the herbs to grow for the service of man” (Psalm 104:14) and, “The leaf (of the tree) shall be for medicine” (Ezekiel 47:12), and, “The leaf shall be for the healing of the nations” (Revelations 22:2).
Who are we going to bow down to? God or Senator John McCain, the FDA, and Big Pharma? Who are we going to obey? Nature or John McCain, the FDA, and Big Pharma? McCain's DSSA (Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010) bill is likely instigated by pharmaceutical interests (I’m sure of it), the bill is being posited as necessary to prevent supplement adulteration. Don’t believe the hype, people! The FDA already has the power to pull supplements from the market that are contaminated but clearly it has not been doing its job.
The Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 (DSSA) is not only unnecessary, but it would actually reward the FDA for its failures. The Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 would also strip DSHEA of 1994 and give FULL CONTROL of the supplement industry to the FDA.
The tyrannical Dietary Supplement Safety Act would mandate that all supplement companies register with the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), which oversees the FDA. Any company that refuses to register and comply with HHS would be subject to hefty fines, the classification of its products as “adulterated”, and their removal from the market. Now how does this protect the public and professional athletes from illegal steroid use? It doesn’t! Not at all! Think, American people, think! Government uses good sounding words and themes to implement things that result in more control and power for government and less rights, freedom, and true protection from the American people. The legal term or phrase “PUBLIC SAFETY” is a trap to rob us of rights secured to us.
Public safety schemes work on us because most of us lack an inner security due to lack of an inner relationship with God or the Higher Self. Our outward fears are based upon our inner fears and our inner demons and tyranny manifest outwardly in the form of government and government agencies such as the FDA
Should the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 pass, the new system would burden manufacturers with significant new costs that would cause supplement prices to increase. A new taxpayer-funded bureaucracy would also be created to conduct inspections and oversee compliance. Now how does this protect anyone from illegal steroid use? Think, American people, think! We have not been that dumb downed, have we?
Also, the Dietary Supplement Safety Act (DSSA) would require all “non-serious adverse events” received by supplement companies to be reported to the government, regardless of whether or not the events are related to the supplements for which they are submitted. Pharmaceutical companies would have access to these reports which they could use to petition the FDA to have supplements removed from the market. The FDA could also arbitrarily pull supplements from the market if it believes it has "reasonable probability" that there may be a problem.
And the most chilling aspect of the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 (DSSA) is that it would allow the HHS Secretary to establish a list of permitted supplements. Reversing common law, which assumes all is legal unless restricted, the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 (DSSA) would allow only what is permitted to be legal.
In a nutshell, the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 (DSSA) would increase supplement costs for consumers (already suffering from a economic recession allowed and caused by government), grant incredible new power over the supplement industry to the FDA, and drastically limit the availability of supplements. Drug companies could also use the bill to remove supplements from the market, patent them, and sell them as drugs! Trust me, they will do it! The FDA will ban natural supplements and allow pharmaceutical companies to patent them and then reintroduce them back on to the market as DRUGS and sell them at exorbitant prices.
Beware of Obama’s healthcare Reform Bill and McCain’s Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010. Politicians are liars and they are all actors and act a good game (and don’t let race or skin color fool you). Obama and McCain may seem at odds in public, but like attorneys, behind closed doors, they are all a part of the same crew – the winning crew!
And make no mistake in that We the People are partially responsible for the shafting we are receiving from those we pay with our tax dollars to as we support the BS by supporting American politics, especially every four years when a new corporate CEO (U.S. President) is selected by the real owners of the United States – the stockholders of the Federal Reserve Bank and other hidden and private interests, is selected and then elected (for show by the Boobus Americanus “foolish Americans”), as though this puppet’s strings are not controlled by the puppeteers who pulled the strings of the puppets that preceded this modern day puppet in office.
Sorry folks, Barack Obama is CONTROLLED by the same people and interests that controlled George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George Bush Sr., Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, “Tricky Dick” Richard Nixon and Lyndon Baines Johnson before him.

People are open to check out what is there on the website, make comments on it, pass on what they like to their friends
and so several other things with the content which were probably not the originally intended plan when the Internet was introduced.
You actually get to network with others at a rate and pace that was just not there before. You can meet people who live in your community or people from around the world. You are suppose to network while you are building your business.

This works because once a person has liked some content, he or she is likely to pass it on to others. This has become very simple with the introduction of syndication and bookmarking, which are two very essential elements that have given new wings to the social network marketing world on the Internet.
And we must definitely not forget the power of the blog, which is a fundamental and probably one of the oldest elements of Web 2.0. Network marketers arelargely into managing blogs and they find the vast benefits of being part of the blogosphere.
They are able to build their networks, inspire them to make progress in their opportunities, generate new leads, consolidate their positions, build brand identitiesand so many more things.

Superbowl 2010-Who Will Win
Well today is the big day- Superbowl Sunday between the Colts and the Saints which will determine who is the best of the best of the NFL to win the championship game. You, like most of us love to watch these games and hope that your team will win the big one. If your team is not in it then we usually have to settle for one of the others.
This is a post I have been wanting to write for along time but never took the time to do it and it was usually going to be after the game was over and we knew who won. Now it is not long before this years game starts so I have to be finished before then. This message focuses on what is done before they win. I want to point out somethings that you could use to help you win in life or business.
Every year each teams major goal is or should be to win the Superbowl which is the ultimate prize in professional football. When you win that it says you are the best of the best. That is what everyone wants to be know as is it not. How do you get to be the best of the best then?
You have to have a goal, not just any goal but a big challenging goal like they do. They have to win enough games to get to the playoffs and then when all thier games in the playoffs to be one of the last two teams standing to make it to the big one. We know that is not an easy feat because the opposing team has the same objective and they are not just going to give the win to you.
Well if winning the games gets you there, what does it take to win the games?
You have to be in peak physical and mental shape. Football is a very physical game just as life and business are so it would be wise to workout as much as possible. Since you are using all of your body you have to do many different exercies in order to get in shape and stay that way throughout the course of the season.
Your mind will have to be worked out also because it is as much a mental game as it is physical. You have to study the plays, know what to do in different situations and be prepared for the unexspected to happen at anytime. How many times have we seen a guys miss a tackle,catch, or a block. Then what what about all the wrong moves that are made. When that is happening they do not have thier head in the game or let the other players mess up thier concentration & focus. We tend to do that alot in our pursuits as well don't we.
Knowing what to do and excuting it better than the other team is what will get you the win and the championship. That comes down to knowing the game plan. The coaches are there to put this together for the team. They help in the above activities as well. However, they have to take the time to study the other team and try to figure out what will have to be done in order for the team to come out victourious.
It is getting close to game time so, I am going to have to wrap this up. now I know that this may not seem like alot to do but if you think about all the steps in between these areas you will realize that it is. So, let me give you the general idea of what I feel it takes to be a winner. You may not agree and that is fine but these are overall steps and not a full drawed out plan. Just enough to get you staring to think about what is needed to win in life and business as in sports.

Have a plan of attack
Have a coach

Relationships of all kinds are often perceived as very delicate things, that require extra effort to maintain. However, a relationship can also be something that can provide security and can also be long lasting despite many trials.
Building an effective and lasting relationships is a necessity for several reasons. For example in a group or organization, the well being of the people depends on how efficient and effective that group or organization works.
The group or organization is also dependent on how the members work well with the management.
An ineffective group or organization can really be very frustrating. An effective group or organization can also ask so much on their members, that sometimes the members would be having no life outside the walls of the area where they work or sacrifice the other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For an organization or group with this kind of scenario, relationships can be stressed or suffer from breakdown.
People or other entities who depend on these groups or organization also suffer.
Society is defined as a web of relationships, which requires all parties to work and contribute their share in order to achieve a common goal. Having a relationship that is good, where cooperation and respect are manifested, can make society work better. In this way each member works for the good of the whole and towards achieving a common goal. This can only be attained with effective and efficient relationships.
Understanding the other parties' feeling and position creates an effective and efficient relationship. The easiest method to understand what is important to another party is to ask them what they want and listen to what they have to say. When the other party realizes this, they would feel the importance given to them

An effective group or organization can also ask so much on their members, that sometimes the members would be having no life outside the walls of the area where they work or sacrifice the other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For an organization or group with this kind of scenario, relationships can be stressed or suffer from breakdown.
People or other entities who depend on these groups or organization also suffer.
Society is defined as a web of relationships, which requires all parties to work and contribute their share in order to achieve a common goal. Having a relationship that is good, where cooperation and respect are manifested, can make society work better. In this way each member works for the good of the whole and towards achieving a common goal. This can only be attained with effective and efficient relationships.

Commitment to Change

I would like to take this time to wish everyone a Happy & Prosperous New Year. With this being the beginning of a new year & decade, we should look to make the most of them both.
The last couple of years have been hard on many people but we can not let that keep us from looking for a brighter tomorrow today. I fully exspect for this to be a much more productive & rewarding year for myself. It could be for others as well if that is what they want.
There are many diiferent areas that you may need to work on to reach your goals but the most important one is the commitment to change. Think about it, if you do not make the changes needed then you will not get the results wanted.
This has to be a real commitment & not just wish full thinking because that will not work. It is going to take effort & a wilingness to work at making the change in order for it to stick. I know becuase I tried the just thinking about it & wishing for it & it did not happen. So, I decided to get real with myself & start doing the things needed to get the things I want.
We basically have to challenge ourselves to be better than we are NOW! In my research preparing for the new year that is what it boils down to. For all the people that we look up to, that is what they did and continue to do.
So, here is my plan to get the most out of this year & you might want to try it yourself.
Ask what do I want?
What is it going to take for me to get it?
Am I going to commit to change to reach that goal?
Now lets get started & see where we will end up at the end of the year.

Time for Change
Well, it has been a while since my last post & a lot has been going on. I seem to keep letting everyday life get in my way of doing what I should be doing for this blog. That is finally going to change as I am committed to the concept and belief that we can inspire 10,000 people or more to create the lives they want.
So, our focus will be on informing you of the tools & resources that will help you in building your network first & foremost. That is the main ingredient for you to understanding and developing the concept. Then we have to show you ways that you can use your network to build your business. During the process of building your business your networth will grow and grow.
Now, I know this sounds to simple to actual work but it is the simple things that most concepts and strategies are made up of. It is going to take work on your part but if done right, will provide you with an asset or assets that will take care of you and your family for a long time. If you go back and read the previous posts you will start to see the steps that are needed to develop the process to make the concept work for you. These will be more clearly defined & organized so that it can be used as you learn it.
I do not know about you but that is what I want and not have to be struggling year in and year out. That is no way to live and we should not accept that as our fate in life. Decision 09
Well we are in the swing of the new year now. Can you believe that one month has pass by all ready. How fast the days go by when you do not think about it. If you are not taking action on your goals or resolutions then you are going to be in the same place you where at when 2008 went out. I for one do not plan on letting that be the case this year & beyond.
Last year there was a movement developing on Change-making a change in this country and in our lives. It spread so fast and wide that we have done something that has never been done before . That is electing the first African American President. However, there is a lot more change going to have to take place if we are to restore America to greatness once again.
What I want to know is what decisions have you made to change things in your life? To make it better and to get more out of it. Or are you just letting it pass you by as it always has.
If you did make some decisions to change somethings have you acted on them? I have to ask myself that everyday because I want to make some real changes in my life. Even though I planned to start at the first of the year, it was not until about a week later before it started happening.
For instance, I was suppose to be posting to this blog at least three times a week and working up to making daily post. As you can see this is the first one for the year. Yes, I have made a decision to do this and now that I havc started it, I must follow thru to make it happen. It is so easy not to do something and that is why we do not reach the goals we set for ourselves. Well, that has got to STOP.
Our problem with not doing what we say we are going to do is because we do not start. If we would just take that first step and then the next one and keep it up there is not telling what kind of life we could be experiencing.
You should want to experience all that you can out of life, the good life and I want that for you also. As I have learned "you don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going." So, let us get going.
Some of the areas that you could make decisions about are relationships, health, work, spiritual, finacnes, and education. We should consider these as they are some of the most important areas of our lives and thus should be a part of the changes in it that we are going to make.
There might be others that you want to add but start with these because they are universal and generally effect everything else that goes on in your life.
So, for each one make a decision about what you want to change in that area. When it comes to health most people say they want to get healthier and that they are going to start exercising more. I know because I have started that myself since I want my body to be looking good this spring and summer when I can wear my shorts and tank tops.
My sone has a Wii along with the Wii fit program and is something else to use to achieve my health goals. Now once again this is something that I am starting late but I am going to take action on it & by me stating here that is going to motivate me to do it. You see your health is the most important thing you could have outside of a relationship with God so, do not take it litely.
We have to force ourselves to break those bad habits, to do the things neccessary to make the changes needed, to fulfill the decisions that we make. You might want to read that again.

Change is constantly happening no matter if we want it to or not. There are some who do not want or like things to change. Then there are those who look for or expect change to come. There has been some major changes that have occurred here in America & around the world. Our economy has taken a downward fall, jobs are being lost everyday by the hundreds & thousands. People are losing their homes at alarming rates & thus the only wealth they have for many of them. This is having an effect on the world economy as well & if the other countries start having the troubles we are then it is really going to be a mess.
So for me and I believe everyone out there we have two decisions to make. First we must decide how we are going to react to changes that come. Second we have to decide what we are going to do about them. Are we going to accept or reject them. Work towards making them happen or stop them from happening. As you can see things that are happening now effect you one way or another. So, you can not sit by & do nothing or you will come out on the short end of the stick.
What is happening in the economy now is enough to cause everyone to do something. I say this because it touches us in all aspects of our lives. Jobs, housing, education, & health care just for starters. We can not depend on the corporations or the government to take care of us because they can't or will not by themselves.
We have to accept or deal with these changes ane then do what we can to take care of ourselves & our families. We must create our own economy within the overall economy. That is why I believe that you must start a business as the way to generate income & profits to be self sufficient.

Do You Think Like Kim Kardashian?
I have to admit that I am not a big television watcher because there is so much more I could use my time doing. However, when I do it is for getting educated on some topic, issue, or interest that I have at the time. In addition, that could be a lot for someone like me.
Then there are some shows that I watch just for the entertainment value because lets face it, which is what it is mostly about anyway, right? One of those shows is “Dancing with the Stars” that really entertains & inspires me. If you have seen it you know what I mean and if not I recommend that you check it out.
The concept of the show is that regular celebrities are partnered up with dance instructions to learn ballroom dancing, and then there is a contest to see who can stay on until the end to be crowned champion ballroom dancer. During the show, you get to see the training that goes on to prepare for each week because they have to come out & perform one or two dances on the show. There are three judges that analyze and give them a score. The audience and home viewers get to vote on them also.
One of my favorites on this series is Kim Kardashian. Now if you do not know who she is she has a reality show that shows her daily experiences with her family. Her mother is married to Bruce Jennier the Olympic gold medal decathlon winner from back in the day. Besides that Kim is one awesome looking young lady that should being doing more than she is.
That is why I titled this article as I did. I said before when I am watching t.v. it is to learn something if I can and I did watching her. The “Dancing with the Stars” show I am talking about was on Tuesday, September 23. I missed Monday’s episode and Kim was almost eliminated Tuesday because of her slack performance. When I saw her dance on Tuesday, I could tell she still did not realize what it takes to stay on the show.
The judges told her that with the style, looks, and assets she has she should be on fire on the dance floor. However, because of what she thinks she is not doing her best. Could that be the reason you are not doing your best in what you are doing or trying to do.
Now granted she is not a dancing queen or a major performer, if she believed that she was her dancing would have a lot more life to it. She is too stiff, shy, and reserved for that show and it could cost her in the end.
When being interviewed she stated that people think she is out going, party loving hot sexy free spirit. However, in her mind and reality she is not. She is having problems bringing that out of herself. It just seems to me with the way she looks, people she knows that she could come off that way when needed to get what she wanted out of life. Since Kim is not using it, her charisma she is doing all that is possible for her to do. That is to become a Big Time Celebrate and capitalize off it while she can.
That is why I asked are you thinking like her because if you are, you are shortchanging yourself. It may not be that you should try to do or be what others think of you but you should do or be the best you can at what it is you do or want to do.
I have struggled with this for a long time myself and it has held me back as well. It was not that I did not think I could do more. My problem was not taking the action to do it, which would change my life. That is how this blog came into being.
Wanting more time and financial freedom for others and myself I was given the concept of “Networks Build Networth” along with the inspiration to figure out how and to show others the way. Your way may not be exactly like mine but if I can show or tell you something that you can use to find your way, then it is all-good and will benefit us all.
