what I wanted. That's when I realized that what I get out of life
is what I put into it.
If I did not choose to do the things needed to be done to get
what I wanted then how could I exspect to get them. That is
what you have to do in order to have some fun in your life.
Here' a way to fix the problem so you will start living the life
you dreamed about.
* Decide on what it is you want,
*Make a plan to get it
*Start working the plan; Take ACTION
Make adjustments along the way but stay at it until it
is done. Make sure the choices you make now are
moving you towards your dream. It is either moving
you away from it or towards it; you decide which way.

can turn their hardships around & have a less stressful life.
Lack of belief in themselves is causing them to fear doing
something different or extra to put an end to the financial
or physical pain that they are going thru. We have more
problems now with all this technology & information than
we did without it in the past.
The people do not have love for themselves or their fellow
man like they use to. They rather put up with less than they
can have becasue they feel like they do not deserve it. That's
crazy becasue you have the right to enjoy all that you can
as long as you do not cause harm to others while doing it.

making it better for you all? There is nothing wrong with
self love either because before you can love others you have
to love yourself first.

A socially-empowered individual accomplishes so much
greatness, essentially because of the individuals that slingshot
him to success. He earns the trust and full-scale support of the
individuals, whom he had assisted before. He never runs out of
help. He may do anything with the plethora of individuals behind
him. All because he recognizes he maximizes his social potential!
See, if you understand your social skills and you capitalize on them,
you'll reach self-empowerment. Self-empowerment is making a
general overhaul in your life and turning yourself into a more pleased
and more successful individual. If you are able to be among those
people-persons, then I can't see any reason why you won't succeed.
You just have to understand how to start.
Hypocrisy will just bring you down. Be truly nice and interested in
individuals. Once they perceive that you're Mr. Phony with selfish

To earn trust of the individuals, listen to their troubles and feel for
them. Don't just hear them out; listen to them with your core. Make
eye contact when the individual talks to you. Listen as though every
word matters and it does. You get Brownie points when they discover
that there's a confidante in you.
You don't have to be Rockefeller and waste your savings. Small
acts of kindness matter the most, and this may be as simple
as giving somebody a surprise card or helping a senior cross the street.
Now is the time to resurrect the good deeds and this time, let them stay
permanently.
Pitiful how some friendships are fated to goodbye, but thanks to
technology, you are able to do something about it. Relive the good old
days by seeking the great people whom you want to communicate with
once again. Adding these old acquaintances to your roster of support
peers will certainly make you feel great all over.

once again. Adding these old acquaintances to your roster of support
peers will certainly make you feel great all over.
Are you crabby, grouchy and that way. Eliminate the bad traits and habits

And truly, who wants a crabby friend anyhow
When angry, don't snap at anybody. Never throw a conniption. Stay
calm and collected. Be adult enough to take charge of situation and
transform your angriness into something richer and passive.
Your relationship with your loved ones, friends and associates is
too precious so you must not neglect it whatever happens. Go out and
have fun with them. Do things together.
Ultimately, utilizing individuals for self-empowerment means
becoming a better and more lovable individual. It's a win-win situation
the individuals know they may turn to you anytime and vice versa.
Preparing For the Big Game
This past Sunday the biggest game in all of sports was played
and watched by more people then any other sporting event in history.
Yes, I am talking about the Super Bowl 47, that had brother against
brother coaching the two teams involved.
It takes alot for a team to make it to the big game as they have to prepare
for the season just for starters let alone win enough games to make it to the
playoffs. That's when it gets really serious becasue if you lose a game then
you go home & have to wait until next season. The teams that make it thru the
playoffs & are the last ones standing for their conference's get the chance to
become the next champions of football.
The fans go thru a lot preparing for it also & that is what I want ot touch on
in this post. Seems like they put more into this then they do in preparing what
is going on in their lives. They follow their teams all season encouraging thru
every game & getting on their cases when they lose. They get together with
others to watch the games, even take time off from work if that is a big
enough game of the week for their team.
This year it seemed a little strange to me, as if it was a holiday or something.
I don't know as I have watched a many of Super Bowls & have partaking in
my share of parties in the past. It just seemed like people had put more meaning
into this years game than before. Well, maybe not as if their team was in it but it
didn't matter as much. They where still out shopping for parties and going to them
like it was Christmas if you ask me.
I just wonder why people do not put that much time in preparing for what is
going on in their lives or planning their lives so that they could get what they
sant out of it. People are struggling to get by or hurting with some type of pain
and just go on like that is what they are supposed to do. Let their team lose &
they are ready to go to war.

Five Necessary Skills for Success in Direct Sales
Sales people are required to have certain skills in order to be successful.
While opinions are certainly going to differ, here are five skills that any
person needs to have in order to experience success in direct sales.
1. Motivation is one of the biggest attributes that any sales person must
have in order to achieve the level of success they desire. If you are not
motivated, you can bet your life that your potential customer can see this.
There is nothing worse than being interested in a product and having a
sales person who shows no motivation whatsoever. Lack of proper
motivation is a definite deal buster.
You also need to have leadership abilities when you are involved in a
direct sales opportunity. This is very important because you are going to
be building a team of sales people who will be turning to you when they
need help, advice and information.
2. Organization skills are absolutely essential when it comes to being a
sales person. You are soon going to find that you are a bookkeeper,
inventory manager, order taker, problem solver and more. In order to
do all of these things you need to establish and maintain some type of
organization.
3. Time management is another skill that is extremely important. And
this is a skill that doesn’t necessarily come naturally for everyone. If you
aren’t a natural at time management, then work on developing this
necessary skill. It’s easier to manage your time when you know exactly
what your day will consist of. If you are list maker, it never hurts to make
a “to do” list for each day so you will know exactly what you need to do
and when.
4. Good communication skills are a must. If you cannot communicate well,
it’s almost impossible to deal with people on the level expected when you
are a sales person. You will be dealing with prospects and customers on a
daily basis and sometimes many times a day. You have to be able to
communicate in person, on the telephone, and sometimes by email or other
written correspondence.
5. As your business experiences growth, you will most definitely need to
consider building a website. You need to be somewhat internet savvy and
although you may not have web design skills, it doesn’t hurt to learn some
of the basics. With modern technology, it’s almost essential that your business
has presence on the internet.
Having the proper skills required in sales is one way to ensure that your
business reaches its maximum potential. A huge percentage of your jobs as a
sales person will require that you are consistently motivated, maintain enthusiasm
and use your knowledge to get you where you want to be. Your future depends on
it, so don’t let the difficult times get you down. Stay positive.

May this be the year that you finally get your act together & take action to achieve

2. Pay down the debt by adding more to the minimum payment required. In
addition, call the credit card companies and ask to have the APR lowered.

the money you would have paid for the first card and add it to the next debt.
3. Develop a realistic budget and stick to it. Make a list of all debts and
income. Determine where you can cut down on spending and make a
concerted effort to follow through with the plan. Statistics show that over
60% of households start a budget, but give up after a short time. Seize
the moment!
4. If you need to, ask family members for a loan so that you can pay off
your debt. The use of debt consolidation organizations may not be a good
idea since many of them have been shown to defraud their customers.
However, consulting with reputable and certified credit card counselors may
give you additional tools and resources you can use to get out of debt
sooner rather than later.
5. If necessary, you may have to find a second job to help you achieve a
debt-free life. Also give serious consideration to selling items you no longer
want or need on eBay. The profits can be applied to the debts. Yes, there
will be sacrifices that need to be made but consider the final result and how
proud you will feel that you accomplished your goal!

In my quest to find the way to get from where I am at to where I want
to be the emotion of passion keeps coming up.
From those that have made it, in any endevor, they all seem to have a
burning desire to reach their goal.The fuel that keeps the fire burning
for them is the passion they have for what they are doing.
The following steps hopefully will help you in discovering or
rediscovering your passion(s) so, that you can get to where YOU
want to be!
Following your passion brings personal power and awakens yourself
to the beauty of the world. It leads you to the heart of spiritual journey
as it changes your thoughts, perceptions, and feelings. Finding your
passion does not promise an easy life rather a rich life open to hopes
and possibility.
1. Speak your truths clearly - To find your passion you must speak
your truths and ready yourself to new adventures. Know what really
matter to you? What truly makes you happy? Know the things you do
best and makes you feel complete.
2. Be open for support - You must also keep in mind that you are not
an isolated being – you need the support of family, friends and
positive-minded social circle that will help you reach your goals.
3. Open up your senses - When you open up your senses, you tend
experience God’s blessings and you feel more peaceful and serene.
This allows you to be more patient and be reminded the cycle of nature.
When you experience this you become more positive and calm.
4. Give yourself a time for pleasure - Waking up in the morning away
from busy schedules and having the freedom to do the things that brings
you pleasure? To find your passion you must allow yourself a time for
pleasure. For many people, allowing pleasures induces guilt as it is not
productive and hinders you from getting important things accomplished.
But this view of pleasure is actually a matter of opinion. Gentle pleasures
are good to your health and are productive. By allowing yourself time for
pleasure you become more focused and passionate in your job.
5. Liberate yourself - A person who finds her passion is a truly wise person.
Doing a work that reflects your personality and values promises you a lifelong
happiness and contentment. It is easier and liberating when we accept who
we are and we allow other people to accept us too. The human psyche is a
holistic system, to numb one part of our being is to numb the rest and create
constant struggle.
6. Feed yourself with affirmations - Affirmations are important in finding your
passion in life as it makes you feel secure and optimistic about reaching your
goals. A lot of people don’t get to their destinations out of fear of failure. You
should allow yourself to get upset by some downturns but remind yourself to
pull yourself together past and get on track again. Some people might influence
you into thinking negative. It’s not so easy to shut them out of your life. But it’s
easier to practice blocking the negative energies that they bring into your life.
It keeps your sanity.
Finding your passion is an endless song. When you do the things that you are
passionate about you allow you let your life to flourish. You let yourself connect to
everything you are – in mind, in heart, and in spirit. You are a stronger that can face
challenges better because you are reinforced by being able to do the things you love.

Don't Fear Cold Market Recruiting
Say you have started your own part or full time business in
order to create financial & time freedom for yourself. This
way you get to spend more time with family & friends doing
the things that you like or want to do.
You may have all ready talked to all your friends and family
about it right? Hoping they would buy product or better yet
join up with you in the business. However, they don't have the
vision that you have so, they are not having any part of it, bummer.
I had the same experience many times over and just could
not understand why they would not be interested in what I
was offering them. The keys to the pot of gold that they where
looking for. They want the same freedoms as you and I but, not
willing to work at it this way.
What's a person to do, especially if their up line is not giving much
support except telling you to talk to more people. Well how are you
going to do that if you do not have them all ready and willing to listen
to what you have to say?
Before the internet came about, I was trying my hand at mailorder
becasue I did not want to have to talk to people. I could tell them
about my offer but having them rejecting me was a hard pill to swallow.
See if they did not order by mail then that was not as bad as them
just telling me no face to face. So, when the internet cane on out
I thought my prayers had been granted. However, that was far from
the truth.
You still have to communicate with people even if it isn't face to face.
Plus that is where your market is if you have no more family or friends
to market to.There are a whole lot of people out there that probably want
what you have but if you do not let them know about it or you then you
aren't going to be too successful.
I learned a cool mind switch to use so that I would not be fearful about
approaching someone about my product or service. Instead of looking
at or approaching them as a prospect, treat them as a new friend that you
are making. Just say that I have to make one new friend a day and
you will be on your way to having all the prospects you want.
Cold market is wide open because most people starting a home based
business do not like to use it. They hate the being rejected so, they do
not put any effort into using this method. Just try it for a while & let us
know your success rate.

What Do MLM Big Names Have That You Don't?
When you started out with your multilevel marketing business, chances are
that your eyes were fixed on the big names of the industry such as Amway,
Tupperware, 4Life, Herbalife, MonaVie, Usana and others. Probably you
wanted to be in the league of those extraordinary gentlemen and ladies
who rake in six figure incomes a year apparently without doing anything much.
Reading their success stories probably gave you goose bumps too
because most of these people literally got into riches from the rags.
But then why aren't you heading the same way? Why is your network
stagnating? Perhaps you are thinking, what has their marketing network
got that mine hasn't? Here are some answers!
Aggressiveness
We cannot deny it – MLM requires a significant amount of aggressiveness.
You have to be confident about what you are selling and then you have to be
over-zealous in selling it. Check out the videos of some of the great MLM
gurus convincing people. They speak almost like religious leaders; they have
that kind of enthusiasm in them.
They have a very intense motivational streak. That really helps people buy into
what they are selling. If you do not have that zest or that ability to motivate people,

Conviction

though you are a part of that activity. Probably, you ridicule your plan among people
who you know will not be your prospects. Now, this can be suicidal. Word carries
itself fast. If you are not convinced, it will be felt by other people.
The most successful people in the industry even breathe their MLM plans. They are
their MLM plans and their MLM plans are them. That is the strength you have to build
in so that things work.

You may think you have networked enough, but it can never be enough actually! The
MLM greats of the world go on promoting their plans ad infinitum. They never let go.
Anyone who comes in close proximity of them is considered to be a potential prospect.
You have to have that tendency too. Never let go of your marketing practices. Everyone
you meet should know what you are doing. You never know who would be really interested.
Thinking Big

circumstances were, whatever problems they had in their life, they did not let these
dampen their enthusiasm for thinking as big as they could.
